is a leader in high performance virtualized Application Acceleration software. Their revenue was flat and as a company was drastically underperforming investor expectations. Admarco was hired to conduct a diagnostic assessment and make recommendations on sales process and to develop a plan for accelerating sales growth in line with shareholders goals. 100% turnover of the sales team resulted and Admarco was later engaged to conduct a Sales and Marketing Alignment workshop and to develop and conduct a consultative sales training program for the entire customer-facing team. As a result of Admarco's sales training and coaching, outbound lead generation activity increased by and order of magnitude.
